We are a group of licensed therapists with various specialized training in child, adolescent and family therapy. Each therapist brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our practice and we work together as a team to ensure that each client has the full benefit of our combined knowledge. We value the importance of working as a TEAM and understanding individuals holistically; taking into account the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions. Our team concept delivers a powerful balance of system intervention, compassion and support personalized to address the needs of each individual and/or family.  

Dianne Appolito, MSW, LCSW
Stone Creek Clinical Director
Dianne has thirty plus years of experience in the field of psychotherapy. She has been in private practice in the Katy/West Houston area for over twenty-five years. She works with domestic violence, depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, PTSD, OCD, college and career issues, behavioral problems and mood disorders. Dianne has extensive experience in systems therapy, working with families, couples, group therapy, adolescents, children and young adults. She is the leading expert in the Katy/West Houston in assessing and treating ADHD. In addition she works with the neurological conditions that are often a component of ADHD such as anxiety and depression. In addition Dianne has developed a unique relationship model to support couples through their struggles in marriage and in difficult relationships. Her relationship concept has helped many couples in premarital work to create relationships that evolve into a healthy spiritual direction and avoid some of the normal stumbling blocks of early marriage.

Dana Debes, MSW, LCSW
Stone Creek Therapy Director

Dana has twenty-five years experience in the field of psychotherapy. She established her private practice in the Katy/West Houston area fifteen years ago after working in numerous psychiatric facilities throughout the Houston area. She has extensive experience in working with children, couples, families and individuals. She works with depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, marital issues, behavioral problems and mood disorders. She has been involved in intensive experiential group work and is a certified supervisor for Social Work Advanced Certification. Dana has furthered her training to include the practice of EEG Neurofeedback (a non-invasive alternative to medication). This process of brain self-regulation and restraining has brought a new dimension and exciting resource to Stone Creek.


Brittani L. Davidson, MSW, LMSW
San Antonio Clinical Director

Brittani graduated from the University of Houston with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She specializes in working with children, teens and their families. Her expertise includes working with adolescents and their parents, addressing issues such as self-esteem, anger management, parent-child relationship struggles and dealing with social pressures. Through Brittani’s employment at Child Protective Services she gained specialized knowledge in working with individuals and families needing crisis intervention, that have experienced trauma and separation/adjustment issues. Brittani has also had the opportunity to work with individuals with ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders and behavioral problems. She works with challenges including ADHD, parenting, communication, emotion and behavioral management, stress management, depression, anxiety, excessive worries, academic and career struggles, eating disorders and past trauma.


L. Alisa Herrington Stewart, M.S., LPC, LMFTA

Alisa earned her Masters degree in Psychology at Our Lady of the Lake University in Houston, TX.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate.  Alisa has experience providing individual, couples, group, and family therapy, as well as lay Christian care ministry.  She has extensive experience working with youth and families, women’s issues, alcohol and drug addiction, and a variety of clinical diagnosis.  Alisa is especially passionate about working with adolescent girls and women on issues like empowerment, self-esteem, healthy relationships, time management, and parenting.  Her other areas of treatment include mood disorders, communication, social skill building, anger management, family conflict, addiction issues, spiritual concerns, and much more.
